Identify the hardware and software needed to provide solutions to problems. Assist users in person, as well as over the phone. excellent skill set with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office software. Capable of being involved in support functions to include user training, report writing, help desk support duties, PC trouble-shooting and documentation. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of organization personnel, suppliers and vendors. Work well with minimal supervision.
