• Assist with Incident Management• Monitor systems (hardware, operating systems, applications, and supporting networks) using various tools (monitoring software, email, manual tests, direct communications, etc…) for anomalies and unexpected behavior and take corrective action• Assist with Change Management• Take steps necessary to resolve tickets escalated and follow the ticket path to conclusion• Work with support teams to reduce Mean Time To Resolution• Act as the central communications point between teams and vendors• Compile various assigned reports• Maintain constant staff availability via IM, e-mail, and telephone• Maintain and publish logs of all shift activity.• Coordinate hardware repairs with vendors and/or Hardware Service Desk• Researching methods to improve processes when deviations occur by educating the engineers as to what process is being deviated from, constantly working with them to come back into compliance.Always doing my best to support clients in any way possible.
