With over 15 years of experience in the utility industry, I am passionate about finding better ways to perform work and enhancing safety and performance culture. I have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, developing and implementing best practices, and delivering high-quality training and support. As the Team Lead of Work Methods and Human and Organizational Performance at ENMAX, I strive to serve the Field Services business by partnering across the organization and addressing opportunities for improvement.In my current role, I also lead the implementation of the High-Risk Task program, which empowers frontline workers to identify and mitigate the tasks that could have catastrophic consequences if an error occurs.
