Directly oversee all the facets of Grand Teton Lodge Company's Rafting operation. Facilitate all new guide and returning guide training and safety requirements to Grand Teton National Park and Vail Resorts/GTLC requirements. Mange a large fleet of vans, rafts, and trailers. Do all scheduling and payroll working hand in hand with hotel operations and our tour company partners. Continued responsibilities of a Senior raft captain.

Certified Grand Teton National Park Snake River Guide, providing historical, geologic, and natural resources narrative on 12 passenger rafts floating on two 10 mile sections of the Snake River, making up to 4 trips a day. Also a trainer of new Rear Boat Operators in subjects including: river navigation, safety, and Interpretation of National Park information.

Manage a fast pace high cashflow snorkel rental shop at Hanauma Bay State Park. Work with and promote the ideals of Hanauma Bay State Park, Communicate with the State Park director and Hawaiian Life Guards. Manage monthly schedules, new hires, disciplinary actions, and all training related to the job. Handel cash deposits and proper bank management. Maintain and manage a large inventory of snorkel gear and perform all required maintenance.

OSHA compliant diving in all exhibits of the Georgia Aquarium. Projects included routine maintenance and cleaning, epoxy work, rock work, sand vacuum installation and use, and acrylic polishing. Responsibilities included: tending surface-supplied diving; designated person in charge of surface supplied and SCUBA dives; overall maintenance and innovatory of equipment.

Certified Yellowstone National Park Snowmobile and Snow Coach guide, providing historical, geologic, and natural resources narratives. Responsible for safety and navigation of groups of one guide driven snow coach or up to 9 guest driven snowmobiles. Responsible for guest safety and transport from Jackson, Wy to Yellowstone NP, as well as 90-130 miles of over snow travel.

Operated and Managed two full service SCUBA charter boats, scheduled group and private SCUBA classes, staffed and scheduled full service SCUBA retail shop, as well as continued responsibility of Lead Diver Instructor.

In charge of scheduling, teaching, and certifying SCUBA divers in classes ranging from beginning Open Water Diver, through the first Professional level as Dive Masters. Also taught specialty classes in Underwater Photography, Deep Diving, Wreck Diving, Dive Propulsion Vehicles, and Enriched Air Diving.
