The ADVANCE project came from a grant for empowering women in STEM fields. The project involved surveying tenured and non-tenured faculty at the University of Houston on climate, followed by analysis and publication of research.• Worked with a team to determine what constructs to assess, and what scales to include in the survey• Analyzed data and results of survey• Published a paper, Effects of LMX and interpersonal justice on emotional exhaustion, from the data that was accepted for the 2020 conference of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology.
