Responsible for building partnerships and connections with local leaders, businesses, groups and individuals to strengthen and expand our reach and impact within Orange County.

• Work with the CEO and Board of Directors to run the organization. Current duties include:
• Donor Relations: Interact with donors, manage a donor database, cultivate, steward and thank donors. Manage donor giving programs for planned, annual and monthly giving. Manage donor stewardship program for water well.
• Fundraising: Plan and implement appeals and initiatives to raise funds. Includes donor segmentation, outreach, cultivation and asking. Prepare materials and research foundations for grant opportunities.
• Event Planning/Crowdfunding: Coordinate logistics and execution of donor events and fundraisers for the organization, including the Run4Water, the organization’s largest annual fundraiser. A yearly 5K race with 800.
• Overall Program Coordination: Attend board meetings, take minutes, provide operational updates and recommendations to solve problems. Work with board members directly to provide information and ideas. Collaborate with.
• Contractor and Volunteer Coordination: Define roles, interview, train and manage a volunteer group between 10-20 people. Direct and collaborate with contractors on a multitude of tasks.

• Product Manager: Management of a development team. This includes specification writing, testing, documentation, project scheduling and interaction with product user’s.
• Specification Writer: Create a detailed specification for software development including: research, defining interface inputs, performing engineering calculations, and defining program output.
• Technical Support: Provided engineering and software technical support on numerous program and structural engineering applications.
• Sales: Attend tradeshows, present seminars and talk with customers on the phone with the intent to sell software.
• Training: Provide in-house and regional training for structural engineers on structural engineering software.
• Testing/Verification/Documentation: Computer software duties to confirm that engineering concepts are implemented correctly and that the documentation of the program is complete and organized.

• Structural Engineer responsible for preparation of engineering drawings for numerous projects, such as: mills, ethanol load out and storage, office buildings, residential remodeling, misc. foundations.
• Supervised multiple draftsmen in preparation of drawings and calculations.
• Involved in site visits to check for conformance of construction to drawings.
• Engineering Experience with reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and wood.
