Over the past decade, I have earned the title of Vice President of Operations at PFI by evolving existing processes, quality improvements, efficiency, motivation, and team building. I take pride in getting to know my employees on a personal level to promote high morale for a positive work environment. I am receptive and flexible in my management approach to elevate optimism throughout the entire company. I ensure I am involved at every level to solidify all aspects of the job and to project my knowledge of the problem-solving process for the best solution.
