• Responsibility for the day to day management of funding and liquidity of HomeGroup, which includes over £1bn of loan facilities.• Providing Treasury information for budget model and 30 year long term planning.• Prepare Board reports and presentations to Group's Treasury Panel meetings.• Collate and submit information to regulators including the HCA and Scottish Housing Regulator.• Responsible for managing Groups interest rate risk, headroom levels and compliance with loan covenants.• Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting and variance analysis using in management accounts.• Management of intragroup loans and ISDA agreements
