Liability in motor accident cases, and high value personal injury claims Representing and advising Fleet operators with DVSA and Traffic Commisioner issues.I joined the Nottinghamshire police in 1971. Formed my own driving school for cars and motorcycles in 1979. I then joined a solicitors firm in 1987. I was the very first IAM advanced motorcyclist in Nottinghamshire in 1977. I still ride motorcycles and in 2017 re-took the IAM advanced motorcycle test obtaining a F1RST.I run a niche practice in Road Traffic/Transport Law and motor accident claims and travel the country delivering lectures to other solicitors on amongst other things, liability in road accidents and avoiding fraudulent claims and money laundering problems.
