Responsible for recruitment, and assists with the interview process of employees and independent contractors required to maintain a qualified, diverse work force. Works collaboratively with Human Resources Director and Center supervisory personnel to develop and implement retention strategies. In accordance with Devereux policy and regulatory requirements, is responsible for all internal and external advertisement of vacant positions. Develops volunteer and internship programs by establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with local and regional educational institutions, community/civic groups, and potential referral sources. Attends job fairs; participates in Career Days; and represents the Center and Devereux through participation in community/civic activities and meetings.
