About Michael Park

I successfully established an SMB start-up in the semiconductor technology field that has generated positive profits since its inception. I have built strong relationships with major Korean semiconductor equipment companies who supply ALD, PECVD, LPCVD, Etch, RTP, and Batch Furnace systems to major semiconductor manufacturing companies. I have 17+ years of experience in semiconductor industry and 10+ years of experience in R&D management with specialties in thin film growth and troubleshooting methods using ALD, CVD/PECVD, LPCVD, PVD and Furnace systems. I have worked at various semiconductor manufacturing Fabs worldwide - such as Samsung and Hynix in Korea; UMC, Nanya and Inotera in Taiwan; Sony, NEC and Elpida in Japan; and TI and Samsung Austin in the USA - to support customers with their equipment setup and process troubleshooting using our supplied APCVD, ALD, RTP, Furnace, and LPCVD systems.
