Provided oversight for twenty-six communities, 6358 units / 18,152 beds. Mentored, trained, and supervised eleven direct reports across seven different markets with hundreds of employees. Lead the operational planning and start up of eight new developments, and managed the successful transition of six acquisition assets. Developed, maintained, and stewarded relationships at four public-private partnerships at universities including annual lease contract negotiations exceeding $90M. Coordinated operational budgets of $200M annually and $120M of NOI, which was exceeded by nearly four percent through Q3 2022. Established capital budgets and managed more than $6M annually not including separate JV capital projects and an asset renovation totaling $14M. Implemented our annual turn over process which varied in length from three months to three weeks and encompassed over $2M in vendor contracts and over $1M in summer camp revenue in 2022. Administered annual lease up of all assets, exceeding Fall 2022 expectations by more than 2%. Administered all onsite inspections and historical information in completion of JV sale ownership process on eight assets worth $551M.
