The Program Education, Training, and Exercises Manager provides operational, logistics, and administrative support, as well as project management for the Texas Emergency Medical Task Force’s (TX EMTF) statewide education, training, and exercise initiative. This position is responsible for the timely development, facilitation, and execution of a statewide education series, focused on ensuring Statewide uniformity of concept, mission, operations, and training across the various components of the program.

Responsible for planning and preparing organization for all hazards activities and special events.

Responsible for managing Risk and Safety Programs along with Special Operations and Emergency Management

Manage Logistics, Fleet, Facilities and Special Operations of high volume/High Performance EMS System.

Create, plan and coordinate operations for Special Events, EMS Demonstrations, career fairs, Cardio Cerebral Resuscitation (CCR) training, disaster preparedness, disaster response for large scale events and MCI training. This includes providing the direction, tools and training necessary to insure, that all MedStar EMS personnel are prepared to respond to any type of major event.
