The Raise The Bar Youth Foundation is designed to initially instill our student athletic youth with lofty expectations of themselves and their future. It will offer athletic programs, leadership development, educational resources, training and more for young athletes that aspire to play at higher levels all while exploring the unique issues specifically.

Led High School Architecture Programs serving as a Liaison between the schools programs and the Architecture industry. Developed, directed, maintained and evaluated 20 high school Career and Technical Education (CTE) architecture/drafting and agricultural programs, overseeing a $400k budget. Created classroom curriculum and initiated industry competencies.

Member of the design team for $700M, 1.2M sq ft, Silver LEED certified, University of Chicago New Hospital Pavilion project. Generated and produced construction documents, drawings and detailing. Communicated and liaised with owners and construction team to drive timely project completion. Led site restoration and redesign during hospital’s.

Directed team of four to coordinate design and construction administration for New Westinghouse High School, Chicago, IL (Silver LEED Certified). Leveraged comprehensive design reviews to revise and improve project design systems. Produced construction documentation, oversaw shop drawings, reviewed submittals and coordinated weekly construction meetings.

Co-founded and led architectural and multi-media design firm. Supervised staff of three to complete 2D and 3D design work (including logos and corporate identity) and multi-media presentations.
