I am a self-motivated individual who strives to improve every day. Settling for average is something that bothers me because there is always more out there to achieve. Going above and beyond to help others succeed has also always been a passion of mine because if not all of the parts of the machine are operating to their full potential, the machine will not function at its best. From the time I get in the car to head to work until I get back in the car to go home, I put 100% focus on the tasks to be completed at work. With previous experience in management, I learned a lot of techniques and still apply those to myself today. Working in a culturally diverse company is an awesome experience because it allows me to see things from perspectives that I previously would not have known about. I look forward to improving my skills within the business industry, more specifically management.
