Construction Management System (CMS): Worked on Skylight’s key program to manage construction projects completely in house, using technology to be efficient and work at scale- Created the algorithm to automatically generate construction schedules based on project scope; this feature increased the efficiency and reduced errors in materials ordering and trade scheduling, and fully automated a time intensive manual process- Developed the react application to manage and schedule the construction activities and trades- Modeled and imported the library of construction tasks, materials, tools, steps, and task verifications which was developed by subject matter experts from an external data source to main backend applicationRenohub: a customer facing application that allows homeowners to manage and track their renovation, including finish/product selection, progress tracking, and pricing- Updated the application and managed the initial release of V3 app, which combined legacy and v3 build into one - Migrated existing Python 2.7 codebase to Python 3.6 while maintaining Python 2.7 compatibility. - Created construction progress and issues tracker (backend) that improved communications to homeowners, reduced renovation manager work load in giving client updates, and provided more self service options to homeowners- Created tools and processes to allow for sanitized production data to be used for testing and development

- Implemented an SQLAlchemy extension that allows our database model to preserve history of edits to important database objects.- Designed a comprehensive and flexible RESTful interface for managing client transfers, used by both client facing and internal websites.- Created fully internationalized frontend applications to manage all aspects of client funding and account management.
