Advising and assisting a fledgling not for profit custom motorcycle business supporting military veterans, ensuring correct procedures are in place and setting up their administration/front of house. Acting as lead for veteran support and affairs. The association is the first of its kind in the UK, allowing veterans use of the workshop facilities to work on their bikes, guidance where needed and a place where they can relax, talk freely and be amongst other veterans. We also organise charity ride outs and support many veteran events.

Coordinating and leading a support group for Tri-Service veterans and their families, signposting to essential services including counselling, mental health and substance misuse. Liaison between service users and various charitable bodies (SSAFA and benevolent funds etc) to assist with funding. Also, coordinated charitable donations of furniture and assisted with housing forms to rehouse homeless veterans. Evenings and weekends outside of normal working hours.

Responsible for the logistics of Wales Air Ambulance, quality control of inbound and outbound goods, arranging collections and deliveries of all furniture and household donations, coordinating all agencies within the charity, warehousing, transport, and retail to ensure a smooth and professional operation, maximising funds for essential services. Advising the charity on all manners of logistics, investigating, and implementing money saving strategies. Taking incoming calls from potential donators in a calm and empathetic manner, many of whom have suffered bereavement, loved ones moving into care facilities and suffering with mental health challenges. Completing large scale clearances assessments, route planning and vehicle loading to minimise waste. Serving as subject matter expert for logistics and E Commerce to the wider charity and assisting in strategic planning.
