As an important part of our sales and marketing organization, I maintain client relationships, uncover new business challenges and create qualified sales opportunities for upselling purposes and progress the opportunity from first appointment to close. I research clients online and stay involved in my client’s business happenings to ensure they’re in the loop when new business needs arise. I drive revenue through client retention, upselling, and soliciting referrals.Working in collaboration with sales and operations, my primary objective is to be the face of Inova and ensure all client needs are taken care of by running triage on issues or service challenges and being the first to help augment services as the client’s business needs call it.Job Functions:-Effectively interact with C-Suite executives, Payroll Admins, and HR Directors via telephone, email, and LinkedIn -Learn and maintain knowledge of Inova's products and solutions-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition-Consistently stay connected and in-the-know of all clients’ business needs-Qualify new upsell opportunities via client meetings to ascertain challenges, interest level and appropriate next steps-Soliciting targeted referrals from existing client relationships by leveraging their network and mutual connections -Run up to 10 qualified sales meetings per week, taking 3 to proposal, and closing 4-5 upsell opportunities per month-Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity and closed sales targets with goals over $150k
