DDH Graham Limited is a Brisbane based funds management, money market and administration organisation. Our Fund administration services cover Responsible Entity and back-office administration services while our superannuation administration business offers services to a variety of superannuation funds, trustees, adviser networks and fund members.We also operate Acclaim Wealth and Australian Money Market (AMM) under the broader DDH Group.As group CFO, I am responsible for the entire Finance, HR and Payroll function in addition to being Company Secretary for a numbers of entities in the DDH Group.

In this role I am responsible for the leadership of the global Corporate accounting team, including setting strategic direction, performance requirements, coaching, mentoring and development of team membersOther responsibilities include:- responsible for financial accounting and financial statements for all QIC Corporate entities and associates, in all foreign jurisdictions under the relevant accounting standards- develop global reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant local legislation- develop, implement and maintain all global reporting process and accounting systems- responsible for the development and management of the corporate treasury function- actively participate as a senior member of the Finance team to improve the financial thought leadership throughout QIC, by contributing to financial papers and solutions that demonstrate understanding of all financial aspects of QIC and promotes Finance as market leading and true partner in the business - provision of strategic advice to the business regarding all aspects of financial accounting, corporate structures and risk control framework- identification of process improvements and lead implementation thereof- represent the Finance team as required at internal and external forums- lead or provide subject matter expertise for projects and initiatives as required, both within Finance and across QIC- ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation and other applicable legislation, including research and understanding of the implications of new and emerging changes

In this role I was responsible for providing financial co-ordination, analysis, reporting and advice to investment teams and support business units. My focus was working with our Global Multi-Asset, Global Infrastructure and Global Clients & Marketing teams. This included providing assistance with managing and improving profitability, providing consistent and accurate financial analysis and reporting business unit financial performance. I was responsible for leading and supporting research, analysis and execution of financial issues on behalf of investment teams and support business units, including feasibility for new projects and initiatives from a financial perspective. I was also responsible for improving understanding and drivers of profitability and factors affecting financial status and business performance for all business units.
