For the past decade, I have owned and operated a 2nd generation multi-million-dollar custom manufacturing company. While running the company, I oversaw all facets of financial, operational, marketing and sales functions. During my tenure, the company doubled in size and increased EBITDA, which can be directly correlated to the implementation of EOS at our organization. I also established long term relationships with some of the premiere names in the hospitality and restaurant industries including Panda Express, Four Seasons Hotels, and Ritz Carlton. Additionally, he has been a sought-after commentator regarding industry, business and entrepreneurship in national publications including USA Today, Hotel Interactive, and INC Magazine.

I worked as an Assistant Vice President . While there, I headed up the marketing, communications, and outreach to small and medium sized businesses across Southern California. During my tenure, he assisted in the facilitation of a merger between this and a competing institution.
