Ring Industries Inc. (RII) was founded Aug. 2011 as a Rail and Mining Consulting business and has now expanded into Railcar parts. Current products include Placard Holders, Covered Hopper Hatch Locks, and Tank Car Manway Cover Eyebolt Assemblies. Product and Business Development in the Rail and Mining markets are a specialty and RII expects to be launching new products on a regular basis going forward. Serving on the Board of Directors for the Western Railway Club which was founded in 1898 as a non-profit professional organization for the railroad industry. Its mission is to promote the railroad industry by providing a place for railroad industry employees, railroad/railway suppliers, and associated industries to meet and nurture their professional and personal relationships - as well as to keep members informed of issues that affect the railroad industry.

The business development role for Wabtec involves strategy development for the Freight Products Group, business case development, strategic marketing, development of untapped international markets, new product development for global markets, and the like.

Responsible for all aspects of the Cardwell Westinghouse division which manufactures railcar components. This role included P&L for the division, operations, finance, engineering, HR, quality, material sourcing, etc.

Responsible for railcar components and systems engineering, new product development, and the R&D laboratory.

Responsible for new product development, R&D, and product design modifications for international applications / markets.

Supervised a group of engineers responsible for product development.

Responsible for engineering activities related to manufacturing, product enginnering and R&D.
