Customer Service Representative
Current•Provide exceptional service to all customers, vendors and other employees throughout the world by answering any questions pertaining to any new or existing catering order. •Process and revise orders by phone, email and fax.•Work extensively with Windows Office and company software to ensure execution of all orders. •Efficiently and quickly resolve any opportunities that may arise with an order before, during and/or after the fact. •Communicate and work closely with company kitchens and vendors to create a flawless execution of catering for the customer.
