At Performance Water Jet, I am water jet machine operator, customer relations and product coordinator, Quality Control Manager, and warehouse coordinator.As a machinist, I gained vast amount of experience in custom and production machining. I also learned how to deal directly with my team and customers to make sure the product was going to meet the customers needs. I learned how to read blue prints, DXFs, and customer drawings. I learned how to program using auto-cad to create machining programs.Once promoted I became the Quality Control Manager and wrote the Quality Manual, and implemented/maintained the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance to AS9100 standards. From my experience, I am able to meet customer quality standards, inspect parts, create documents/procedures, fill out Corrective Action Reports, Internal Audit, Certificates of Compliance and Train. During my time as Quality Manager, I was able to work on customer relationships and making sure I could stand behind my product, by meeting or exceeding customers expectations. During my time at Performance Water Jet, the company warehouses product that was to be shipped and will called. I understand how to warehouse various products, I became well acquainted with FIFO and shipping/Receiving. I am able to create shipping procedures to streamline the warehousing process
