HILL VETERAN ROBINSON TO MEHLMAN: Mehlman Castagnetti Rosen Bingel & Thomas has brought on Mike Robinson, who has served as coalitions and member services director for the House Appropriations Committee for the last five years. He also works to build Member and grass-roots support for Appropriations Bills when they go to Committee and the House floor.
