● Developed a Custom Job Management SystemThis included dialog/input boxes to search for qualified technicians and supervision and assign them to daily job schedules. Automated extracts from Salesforce and the HR system. Automated emails to management. Automated loading of job status to Salesforce for management reporting (Excel, Salesforce & Outlook). I was also involved in other automation projects.
