I am a senior manager who has directed operations with a proven ability to meet goals for productivity, build high-performing teams, and implement process improvements. Throughout my career, I have played a hand-on roles in managing and enhancing operations for diverse business systems, customer service, and financial reporting. My duties have included strategic planning, forecasts, budgets, project management, talent development, staff supervision, and mentoring. I have also been recognized as a collaborative leader who builds relationships with stakeholders ranging from executives to front line staff. By developing strong skills in communication and influencing, I have driven change management while leading teams with as many as 60 employees. To enhance my skills, I completed Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Earlier in my career, working for a leader in industrial supplies, I solved complex errors and implemented systems to prevent those errors in the future. This experience gave me real world experience working in complex supply chain functions. My managers recognized my contribution and promoted me to leadership roles in training and quality control.
