-Provide general operational support throughout the company; short and long-term departmental assignments dependent on business needs-Effectively uphold the service and operational standards of Winston Flowers and lead teams by example and mentorship in all processes and functions, as well as personal presentation, and internal and external client interactions to maximize team performance- Provide support by managing day to day logistics, staffing, scheduling and resources- Consistently evaluate and ensure proper systems and procedures are in place, developing and implementing best practices as business needs evolve- Participate in and write performance reviews as needed throughout the company- Travel to destinations for events or as business needs require- Assist Director of Operations with special projects as needed
