After 24 plus years of Truck Diving, Mentoring new employees, working with heavy equipment, and Co-hosting safety meetings, I'm looking for a change.I started working on the family farm around the age of 12 and haven't stopped working since. Over the years I have gotten to meet a lot of awesome people, gained some good experiences and a good work ethic along the way. Driving has taken me all over, too western Canada, some parts of the U.S. and almost all over Ontario.It even has gotten me safety awards, from Infrastructure Health & Safety Association.One of my favorite parts in the past 10 years, has been Mentoring new employees and updating the veteran drivers, problem solving equipment issues, answering their questions, researching the questions I don't know, helping them find the right information to make them better.Now I am looking for something new, maybe working at a plant or maybe unloading the trucks instead of driving them, would be open to a new driving job, if the right one came along.I'm open to anything, looking for new experiences, meeting new people and new challenges.Hope this gives you a little insight of me, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime, looking forward to meeting with you.Sincerely: Michael Ross.
