• Manage and deliver multiple projects within tight timeframes including results analysis and reporting• Coordinate a team to work autonomously on varied internal and external activities with a strict focus on deadlines and adherence to contractual agreements• Program and maintain detailed reporting with a strong focus on client contractual obligations and internal performance metrics• Maintain strict adherence to IBM policy and procedures including security, privacy, import compliance and business codes of conduct• Create and update information and support documentation, procedures and technical documents• Work with stakeholders to ensure all contract registration, procurement and invoicing is completed correctly and adheres to all aspects of individual contractual agreements• Providing support to develop knowledge based communities with a focus on streamlining problem solving.• Manage and monitor program, systems and data centre access for all relevant stakeholders• Provide a direct escalation report for contractors, project executives and project managers• Coordinate all training and process adjustments to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and IBM practice.• Liaise and manage contractual staff on projects to meet all contractual obligations and meet all deadlines• Request and manage Data Centre site access with a strict adherence to IBM policy and client requirements
