We can provide cutting only to your pre machined blanks or manufacture complete gears to your drawings or specifications, or we can reverse engineer your broken or worn samples. Our Machine Shop consists of over 35 machines, 20 of which are specialised gear cutting & gear grinding machines and the largest gear we can cut is 1.5 metres in diameter. The other machines are CNC Lathes, milling machines and cylindrical grinders.
