Reponsible for :- Led team of Designer, Developer and Tester which working on multiple project simultaneously- Coordinated outsource developer and outside vendor contractors to meets deadline, budgets, and client demand on specified milestone.- Managed Long-term project and small requirement budgeting- Clarified client requirement, business needs and project objectives during client meeting and feedback session.

Responsible for :- Analyzed requirement and provide solution design, set configuration, developed training manual, execute "train the trainers" session- Advising on aspect of data management and automated system management- Identified, Developed, and Documented new business process, data and user requirement.- Consulting and supporting client to exchange document, such as: PO, Sales Data, Stock Data

Responsible for:- Provide feasibility studied on rightsizing of existing system and integration with new technology as well as strategy for developing such as remote/home banking for the internet (EDC and Internet Banking) and client server technology to banking system(Non Cash ATM for BRI and CIMB Niaga)- Analyzed software and make recommendation, supervise work on prototype software based on requirement specific.- Perform configuration setting and conduct parallel testing.- Analyzed requirement and business specification for Kiosk Server Application
