Co-managing a team of four with the task of providing a variety of financial literacy programming to students in the NYC area.Facilitated training and experiences for volunteers who in turn, served over 5,000 students in the school year 2022-23.Evolving programming strategy to ensure efficiency and hitting a team goal of impacting over 30,000 students annually.Developing financial literacy curriculum to be taught in classrooms by JA volunteers in the school year 2023-24.

The mission of The Literate Earth Project is to establish literate communities in developing countries by putting books in the hands and minds of children.We believe in harnessing the power of a community. The Literate Earth Project collaborates with communities to create, equip, and staff our libraries. By building community investment we create a foundation for continued success.

Managed a team of six for a top-tier ‘Non-profit’ organization with the responsibility of staging 20 events on a weekly basis throughout the New York/New Jersey area.Partnered with other teams to facilitate, organize, and administrate large events including the TCS NYC Marathon.Combined grassroots and digital marketing strategies which has led to the recruitment of over 5,000 runners for weekly events.Managed 150 volunteers which includes recruitment, training, and community interaction.Participated in the annual budget process and works directly with Senior Management to establish goals and report on progress.Collaborated with county, city, and state agencies to ensure that all events meet the required standards.
