Sent in to completely overhaul and restructure every aspect of day-to-day operations for two separate club operating on one property, one topless with liquor, and another full-nude with a juice bar.

Handling day-to-day managerial opening and closing duties (depending on shift). Ordering and forecasting usage of liquor, cigarettes, kitchen food, cleaning and all other supplies. Verifying accuracy of deliveries, expediting payments, and tracking invoices with distributors. Consistent, accurate & often unsupervised handling of large amounts of club funds (ATM money, cash deposits, change orders, etc) in excess of 10k. Training, scheduling and managing of bartenders, barbacks, cooks, dancers, security, DJs, and wait staff. Mediating staff and customer tensions and maintaining a healthy relationship with the local community, including Law Enforcement and surrounding businesses. Investigating and rectifying security, drug and theft issues. Served as back up the General Manager, and safely secured all keys/security codes and passwords, as well as held all buying authority in GM's absence.

Worked as on-air PT talent for 2nd most-listened to station in the market, WSFL.Ran two live shifts per week, and filled in for flagship talent on holidays.Produced audio mixes and commercials, as per client requests.
