Greater New York City Area

As E2PM's Environmental Service Sector Manager, was responsible for the overall management of staff, client relations, marketing and allocation of assets for, and oversight of, all projects within this sector.As Sector Manager of E2PM's Insurance Services sector, was responsible for marketing and developing partnerships with insurers, brokers and clients pertaining to risk management and liability mitigation for underwriting, claim review and overall enhancement of client service. Currently working with a number of large insurers on a variety of environmental claims located throughout the country.In addition, was Senior Environmental Project Manager responsible for the overall management of numerous environmental projects, including scoping, budgeting, retaining/oversight of subcontractors, data evaluation, technical document preparation and client presentations/meetings. Was the project manager of a multi-million dollar remediation involving the most heavily arsenic-contaminated site in New Jersey.

Greater New York City Area

Managed a staff of scientists and engineers, as well as administrative resources, providing environmental consulting and support services to multiple environmental claims departments on claims associated with numerous AIG policy types. Consistently led successful efforts to control project scopes and costs which resulted in the reduction of overall AIG liabilities on hundreds of claims. Conducted technical oversight of over 75 claims at a time and consistently reduced total claim liabilities by over $1M per year. Frequent participation in meetings with insureds, brokers, consultants, regulators and/or claims staff during all phases of the claim handling process. Additional actions included development of internal processes pertaining to the initial evaluation, prioritization and distribution of the dozens of new claims received by the group each week, development of uniform reporting templates for multiple claim evaluation-related deliverables, and was the group point-of-contact with corporate IT departments pertaining to the development, implementation and operation of billing and claims management software systems.

Greater New York City Area

Responsible for marketing a new and innovative form of advertising to transportation agencies. Conducted marketing presentations to senior executive management and marketing executives at transportation agencies across the United States and Europe. Obtained new installation contracts by successfully marketing technology, resulting in increased client revenue.

Chatham, New Jersey

Led overall project and contract management of a $3M annual program which included managing cross-functional teams, project scope, budget management and program regulatory and interagency coordination. Managed a group of engineers and geologists that conducted remedial investigations for the entire 20.5 mile long project corridor. Conducted remedial action selection, remediation, cost estimates, planning and engineering drawing preparation based upon relevant data and analysis. Completed budget management and contract oversight for the entire program which included conducting revenue projections, budget reconciliation, manpower estimates, monthly invoice reviews, negotiation and management of subcontractor contracts, and budgetary reviews with the clients’ procurement department. Oversaw environmental monitoring of all project construction activities which included managing staff and subcontractors that executed building demolition and removal of contaminated and hazardous materials. Managed a team of scientists on electronic data management and GIS applications for environmental issues, facility management and compliance.

Livingston, New Jersey

Project geologist responsible for conducting proposal and plan preparation, sampling programs, and data evaluation and report preparation for environmental investigations at a variety of sites located throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Responsibilities on these projects increased to include budget management, invoice review, subcontractor oversight and staff development.
