Run and coordinate a daily back order report. Monitoring master schedule, loading and adjusting inventory per forecast. Working with Merchandising and marketing on making sure forecast is correct and enter into schedule. Pushing outs dates when necessary to align with production dates and availability. Run component MRP. Work closely with production and assembly managers.

Was in charge of all item setup for TPF components, sub assemblies and Finished Goods including all bill of materials. Communicate with Merchandising and Marketing departments to ensure I had all info necessary to complete setup and work with buyers as well. Assist procurement Manager with Master schedule, releasing of orders and running component MRP.

Place purchase orders, in control of 15 to 25 vendors, work with vendors on timelines and availability of products, day to day involvement with merchandise department, run mrp for components , create and close out of work orders for production.

Handle all inventory needs, compile spreadsheets for recording cycle counts, preform cycle counts daily, interact with all departments on inventory needs, work with supervisors and managers from all departments to resolve inventory issues, operating forklift, running reports.
