This law firm focused primarily on labor, employment and safety law. We also have done a great deal of criminal defense work over the years but have limited this work in later years. We had a national practice in labor, employment and safety law and were highly successful in keeping employers non-union, winning union elections, and when negotiating collective bargaining agreements, being successful in getting concessions from the unions. We have handled a number of OSHA death cases over the years and numerous OSHA inspections and citation appeals. We also did a great deal of consultation for employers on all types of issues.
