I am an experienced General Manager with a highly developed customer experience focus and customer facing skill set. I have put my extensive training experience throughout the South East Region to good use leading and developing teams of up to 40 colleagues using coaching and mentoring skills. My role involves full accountability for P&L and use of all available internal and external marketing including Direct Mail, SMS & Social Media to reach new & existing customers. All of this requires a conscientious and adaptable approach.
