Assisted in scheduling, prioritizing and coordination of building and mechanical maintenance, media events, arena conversions, practices, special events and general arena presentation as liaison to the Columbus Bluejackets, Chiller LLC, CSC Security and Aramark. Served as facility manager for the Columbus Bluejackets practice facility, The Dispatch Ice Haus and staff.Worked with the NHL, city, state and federal agencies to ensure compliance with rules relating to the physical hockey environment, NHL and arena approved products, event maintenance reporting, special events requirements, team practice, game timelines, advertising, marketing, media operations, game presentation, building compliance, patron safety and security standards.Building representative for NHL Operations Panel for review and implementation of player and patron safety guidelines, standardized event management policies, game day procedures, and media policies.Acquired bids and purchased all pertinent supplies, services and equipment within developed department budget.Ranked in the top 5 NHL teams for ice quality and arena environment by referees and NHL players 5 consecutive years.

Responsible for the day to day operation of two 100.000 square foot ice facilities.
