Summary: Coordinate activities of team members concerned with inbound and outbound product and preparing it for shipping and/or receiving both nationally and internationally. Help control at facility working closely with EOL Production Supervisor as well as with Scrap Purchase and Resale departments. KRA Results – Improve Shipping/Receiving Efficiencies. Be an expert in Cyclelution and train others as needed. Assist Logistics, Customers and the other Three Divisions by identifying work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow, double check paperwork and ensure accuracy.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.•Fill out daily logs (commodities) Dumpster Logs and manage inventory make sure charges are made for customers who we give shrink wrap etc. per agreement.• 6S - Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations in both main and DD facilities.• Coordinate docks, and moves/switches at both main and DD facilities.• Monitor Forklift productivity.• Managing and leading a team to include ongoing coaching and mentoring, writing performance reviews, creating a positive team environment, supporting company culture, and addressing performance concerns.
