I am a trial lawyer and the managing partner of Preti Flaherty, a full-service law firm with offices in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. I maintain a national practice focused primarily on antitrust class action litigation and the representation of whistleblowers in False Claims Act and other fraud-related cases. As a class action litigator, I routinely represent direct and indirect purchasers in some of the largest antitrust class actions in the country. On behalf of whistleblower clients, I have filed complaints with the SEC and the IRS and regularly assist the Department of Justice in investigating and litigating False Claims Act qui tam cases across the country. As the firm's managing partner, I oversee all aspects of the firm's operations and, along with the Management Committee and Chief Operating Officer, set strategic goals and operational objectives for the firm.
