Oversee real estate development activities in the US for a high net worth off-shore real estate investment company. Led Team in re-visioning an obsolete, 1980s vintage, 32-acre office park in proffer intensive Rockville, MD into a 2.5 MSF mixed-use development community. Negotiated 136 TH lot LPA with National Homebuilder and LOI's with Apartment, Retail and Senior Living uses for the first phases of development. Opted to sell the re-entitled site to BXP for an attractive investment multiple.

Significant accomplishments include leading group of 12 public and private property owners that created a coordinated master plan campus vision for Amazon's HQ2 Project on approximately 50 acres of land adjacent to North Bethesda's White Flint Metro Station. Led Team that compelled Marriott Corporation to locate their new 730,000 sf International HQ and a co-located 250 key hotel in Bethesda MD; leveraged access to a public garage to secure the relocation decision.

Led Entitlement, Development, Investment and Disposition activities throughout Metro Washington DC for this CalSTRS affiliated Real Estate Company. Created and developed North Bethesda Center, a 1.1 MSF mixed-use project consisting of two 300+ unit high-rise apartment buildings, a Harris Tetter grocery store and the HQ for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission under long-term ground leases. Negotiated LOI's with Westin Hotels, Arhaus, Seasons 52 and Village Roadshow. Repositioned former 223-acre COMSAT site for TH oriented mixed-use development; disposed of a 23 tract to a TH developer.

• Created/marketed adaptive re-use strategies for 3.5 million sf of surplus commercial space and 600 acres of land owned by Fortune 500 companies acquired by KK&R: Owens-Brockway (Oklahoma), Simmons Mattress (Atlanta), RJ Reynolds Tobacco (Kentucky & NC), and Upjohn Chemical (NJ). • Developed 155 condominium, 20 townhouse and 90 slip docominium marina (a first), on a former Liberty Ship boatyard in South Portland, ME and re-tenanted 43-acre shipyard industrial park.• Advised Boston Capital Partners on investments in multi-family projects in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and North Dakota.• Created mixed-use redevelopment strategies and brokered sale of approximately 800 acres of surplus land for the State of Massachusetts. • Advised Johns Hopkins on development of a 2.5 msf bio-science park on 138-acre Belward Farm.> Created first Capital Plan for City of Boston in 25 Years as Director of Capital Planning> Presidential Management Intern, Dept of Health and Human Services, Washington DC
