He really cares about people. That is what I think most people would say about me, if they had to give a summary of me in one sentence. I go out of my way to help others. I over prepare for every situation, because I enjoy being the guy that helped out when something unexpected happened. In my current role, I am a Senior Pipeline Operator - Right of Way Inspector, by title that puts me in a higher standing than the associates, the B, and the A Operators. I don't see it that way though. After working through those roles, you get an appreciation for the nuances of every role. Every job I have worked has helped me understand a different aspect of pipelining. Now as a Senior, I am able to share the things I have learned, and the mistakes I have made, in order to help teach newer employees.
