l have a strong broad based civil practice, acting for both Claimants and Defendants. I am a senior junior covering the whole range of Personal Injury disputes, specialising in complex high value claims and Clinical Negligence disputes of the same kind, including experience dealing with catastrophic birth injuries, and other injuries of maximum severity. I also have experience in dealing with commercial work (for example, contract disputes, construction disputes, insurance policy issues, and professional negligence) - this allows me to bring an all-round commercial, yet sensitive, approach, to my practice as a whole, which proves helpful to my Claimant and Defendant clients.
