- Business development responsibilities included establishing relationships with investment bankers, private equity professionals, attorneys and other professional advisers throughout the EU and Middle East in order to generate deal flow.- Established investment guidelines, due diligence procedures and outlines for investment committee presentations. - Provided staff training on investment management procedures, valuation techniques and due diligence processes. - Established a $500M secondary fund, signed $200M of fund subscription agreements and identified deal flow worth over $400M. - Responsible for originating, analyzing, structuring and executing a diverse range of investment transactions totalling approximately $200M.

Responsible for all senior level CFO/COO duties. Raised funds necessary to provide continued capital while positioning the company for a successful acquisition by a major telecom company.

- Responsible for international business development in order to source attractive investment opportunities throughout the EU and USA. - Sourced investments, negotiated and structured investment terms and shareholders agreements, monitored portfolio company financial results and advised companies on operational issues, expansion and exit opportunities. - Led thirteen TMT venture capital investments throughout Europe and the United States totalling in excess of €75M, performed due diligence and led Investment Committee presentations for approval on an additional seven investments, and was involved in negotiating and/or approving seven M&A transactions.
