Reporting to President/CEO, served as Officer of Corporation, with responsibility for directing day-to-day operations and administration of multi-specialty medical group practice in 22 sites with more than 300 physicians and 2,500 support personnel.In addition to practice operations, also directly responsible for Legal, Information Technology, Payor Contracting, Purchasing, Marketing, Human Resources/Labor Relations, and Facilities. Member of company's payor contracting negotiations team, and chief spokesperson in union collective baragining negotiations.

Reporting to Executive Director, responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of start-up business operations in multiple markets, including Florida, New Jersey and New York.Supported Executive Director in payor and provider contract negotiations, including initial risk contract with HIP.

Reporting to Museum President, directed human resources and labor relations for 1500-plus employee populations, including curatorial, administrative and union personnel.
