•Conduct new part and component testing based on criteria established by policies, procedures, and written test plans•Maintain accurate records of testing and report results to appropriate development and testing departments.•Train, mentor, and monitor less experienced team members.•Examine test plans to determine the best method for planning and completing tasks with the available resources

- Supervise and participate in daily physical training exercises.- Train, mentor, and monitor less experienced team members:o Plan and organize training and work schedules assigned team members.o Evaluate the progress of subordinates and create performance review reports.o Provide constructive criticism and disciplinary action when necessary.o Help develop team members by utilizing their strengths and improving weaknesses.- Conduct CAR (corrective action report) to improve future military: planning, operations, training, and overall efficiency.- Experience Apprehending, Arresting, and transporting prisoners of war.- Coordinate with other units/groups to accomplish organizational objectives.- Create and execute strategic plans to protect high ranking officials.- Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and protection of multimillion dollar vehicles and equipment.- Supervise and perform maintenance of military weapons, vehicles, electronics and other equipment:o Check, clean, and repair equipment in order to prevent future performance problems.o Advise upper officials regarding equipment performance, and suggestions for improvements.o Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine proper maintenance procedures.- Examine work orders and determine the best method for planning and competing tasks with our available resources.- Work with all levels of personnel to create a safer work environment.- Respond and react immediately to military missions/operations when instructed by higher officials.- Continuous training on military related skills and operations: physical training, weapons training, medical training, land navigation, cultural education, communications, general electronics, safety, security, and other military related skills.
