Currently working as a Paste Plant Runner. Skills acquired, but not limited to; Paste Plant Operations, crushing, machine operation, milling, C.I.L. , reagents. Experience with Front-end Loader, Bobcat, Kanga, Forklift, Manitou telehandler, crew member training, & Citect/SCADA. I believe I possess sound communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, together with an ability to implement and manage conflict resolution practices if required. I also have previous experience in training crew members, have a strong mechanical aptitude, & a large computer skill set. I pride myself in maintaining a high level of professionalism & safe work practices. I also believe that I am diverse in my attitude and would most certainly welcome a challenge to grow, learn, & impart any knowledge I have picked up in the mineral processing industry to people who are keen to acquire it. On a personal level, I am seeking new work challenges and the opportunity to broaden my horizons and further develop my skills in the mining & IT industries.
