Michael Stephenson serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer and is a Principal of Cook Pine Capital. Previously, Mr. Stephenson was a Managing Director at Augusta Columbia Capital, a private equity firm that specialized in buyouts of technology companies. Prior to Augusta Columbia Capital, Mr. Stephenson worked at Citigroup Japan, where he was a Managing Director and held various senior executive positions. Before that, Mr. Stephenson spent seven years as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch in Tokyo, London and New York where he worked on many high profile advisory assignments. Mr. Stephenson has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB from Harvard College.
