Michael Stevens founded his company, The Simplexity Group (TSG), as a best-practice business consultancy focused on Strategic Customer Engagement and those supporting management fundamentals to drive business growth performance and sustainability. He has been consulting for more than a decade with large global enterprises along with smaller companies that are growing faster than their current capabilities enable.The Simplexity Group (TSG) business model is built on four foundational and directional elements:1) Transformation, 2) Enablement, 3) Globalization, and 4) Sustainability.Michael spent more than 35 years with 3M in the globally competitive businesses of Data Storage and Electronics with various business management and executive positions, both in the US and OUS, including sales, marketing, business development, operations, and general business unit / P&L responsibilities. Michael grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Georgia State University in Atlanta, holding advanced degrees in management and marketing. His graduate work was done at Georgia State University and the Executive Advanced Management Program at Stanford University.He currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife, Cindy, and their many rescued senior and ‘special-needs’ dogs.
