I fixed or replaced broken, or inoperable fixtures, & appliances. Do routine wear & tear repairs.. (ex. air conditioning/heating, damaged walls, carpets, electrical, plumbing, appliances, cabinetry, etc...) If its in a residence, most likely I can fix it unless its beyond or non repairable...
